Veterinary Students

We are happy to have students to take part in extra mural studies (EMS) at our practice. Please arrange your placement as far in advance as possible as we do get a large number of requests every year. Please contact us by email in the first instance. For those students at the University of Edinburgh, please note, that we do not take part in the electronic student assessment programme and you should bring paper copies with you.

Students should come prepared with their own stethoscope, a note pad and a packed lunch. All students should be smartly dressed, treat our clients with the utmost respect and help the vets and the nursing team with keeping our facilities as clean and tidy as possible.
