Crown Vets Roadshow

We regularly attend shows raising awareness of pet obesity

Every year we attend the Black Isle Show and Moy Game Fair throughout the summer months. Our aim is to raise awareness of pet obesity and educate the public about the health of their dogs. As pet obesity is such a prevalent disease and can be easily preventable, we get hands on with the dogs and body condition score them as well as encourage the owners to critique their body condition. We encourage interactive feeding as well as recommending dietary and exercise changes that can be easily implemented into the owners lifestyle in order to make weight loss successful. We also bring along goody bags, bandanas and a charity hamper. We have lots of toys and feeding tools available to buy along with essentials such as pet first aid kits, tick twisters, collapsible bowls and poo bags. You can also catch one of our vets judging the famous children's pet parade at the Moy Game Fair in between being the vet on call for the show.

We love getting out and about meeting such a wide variety of people and their pets, it's an event we look forward to every year. Regardless if you are a client of ours or not, we look forward to seeing you there.
