Tanya Bates

Tanya graduated from the Royal Veterinary College (London) in 2019. She enjoyed two busy years in mixed practice in her rural Northern Irish hometown, before advancing her small animal clinical work - firstly through a year in a veterinary hospital in Sydney, Australia, then a further year in a veterinary centre in Nottingham. Tanya relocated to join the Crown Vets team in February 2024, with a particular interest in internal medicine and the intention of completing a certificate.

Tanya loves her three pet donkeys to pieces, and enjoys helping out on her family's sheep smallholding whenever she's back home on holidays. She's excited to explore her new Scottish surroundings with her fiancé, and has just started her first round of the Munros!
