Please be aware that we require adequate notice for all prescription requests.
If you place your prescription order prior to 3pm Monday to Thursday it will be available for collection the next day after 3pm. When ordering before 3pm on a Friday it will be available for on Monday after 3pm.
Orders taken after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will not be available for collection until 3pm on Tuesday.
Prescription-only medication requires regular check ups (depending on individual case), if your animal is due for one. we will call you to book an appointment.
